TNT is a high fibre supplement, which contains a balance of 18 different sources of fibre from fruit, vegetable and grain plus an array of vitamins and minerals in a delicious, orange cream flavoured drink.

Typically a Western diet is low in fibre.  Research shows that a low fibre diet is directly related to obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease, colon disease and various other ailments. 

Fibre plays a key role in controlling cholesterol and blood sugar levels and provides dietary bulk for preventing constipation and relieving diarrhoea.  Fibre also absorbs toxins and unabsorbed fats in the bowel and eliminates them.
